Position Overview:

• Lead the development of sophisticated economic models and simulations to evaluate market trends policy impacts and strategic opportunities.
• Perform indepth quantitative and qualitative analyses utilizing econometric and statistical tools to address client challenges.
• Translate complex economic data into actionable insights providing clear and concise recommendations tailored to client objectives.

• Oversee the collection organization and analysis of large datasets to support project goals and decisionmaking.
• Prepare comprehensive reports dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure the accuracy reliability and rigor of economic analyses and deliverables.

• Conduct research on industry trends competitive landscapes and macroeconomic factors that influence client industries.
• Evaluate the economic implications of regulatory changes policy initiatives and market dynamics on clients operations.
• Develop and present costbenefit analyses to guide clients in assessing the impact of proposed policies or business initiatives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
• Lead client meetings workshops and strategy sessions delivering highquality insights and actionable solutions.
• Manage project scope timelines and budgets ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts providing technical expertise and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams ensuring highquality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
• Contribute to the development of internal methodologies tools and best practices for economic consulting.

• Stay informed about emerging economic trends innovative methodologies and regulatory developments.
• Lead the creation of white papers case studies and thought leadership content to showcase the firms expertise in economic consulting.
• Develop new tools and frameworks that enhance the firms capabilities and create value for clients.

• Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Public Policy or a related field (required).
• Advanced degree (e.g. Masters in Economics Public Policy or Business Administration) or certifications (e.g. CFA) are strongly preferred.

• 7 10 years of experience in economic consulting policy analysis business strategy or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects deliver impactful results and manage client relationships.
• Proven expertise in economic modeling statistical analysis and data visualization.

• Advanced proficiency in statistical and econometric tools (e.g. Stata R Python SAS) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Deep understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic principles and their application in business and policy contexts.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and persuasively.
• Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments competitive market analysis and policy impact evaluations.
