Were looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to be a key part of our fastgrowing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact addressing general inquiries from managers and employees including labor law questions.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for location/regionspecific HR administration.
  • Manage HR documentation and systems effectively accurately and on time.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all personnel matters handled by the HR team.
  • Assist in creating maintaining and implementing new processes within the department.
  • Support disciplinary actions terminations and mediations.
  • Manage probation periods and contract terminations in collaboration with managers and team leads.
  • Assist with absence attendance and leave processes.
  • Conduct onboarding for all new employees supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain uptodate documentation and data for relevant countries.
  • Oversee employment contracts for new hires contract amendments and employee exits.
  • Provide support in onboarding following up with new employees and managers and serving as the point of contact for new hires on their first day.
  • Assist with payroll processing as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role in Spain.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor laws agreements and contracts. Familiarity with other markets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Google Suite and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills including listening speaking and writing.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience in an international HR environment.
