Job Description: Supply Chain Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Consulting Associate to join our consulting team. In this role you will work with clients to design and implement supply chain solutions that optimize efficiency improve performance and align operations with business objectives. You will manage components of client engagements oversee supply chain analysis and provide strategic recommendations to drive measurable results. As a Supply Chain Consulting Associate you will collaborate with senior leaders and mentor junior team members while contributing to the growth and innovation of our supply chain consulting practice.

• Work closely with clients to assess their current supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize logistics procurement inventory management and distribution networks.
• Align supply chain strategies with clients overall business goals improving efficiency and costeffectiveness.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Create datadriven models dashboards and reports to support decisionmaking and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide actionable insights that help clients improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead initiatives to improve supply chain processes using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement frameworks.
• Recommend and implement best practices for demand forecasting production planning inventory control and supplier management.
• Support clients in integrating new technologies such as automation predictive analytics and digital supply chain platforms.

• Evaluate supplier performance and work with clients to develop strategies for supplier optimization and risk mitigation.
• Assist in designing sustainable sourcing strategies to enhance supply chain resilience and compliance with ESG standards.
• Collaborate with clients to negotiate supplier contracts and improve vendor relationships.

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain including disruptions dependencies and compliance challenges.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Advise clients on supply chain resilience practices to adapt to market changes and global challenges.

• Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations reports and recommendations to communicate findings and propose solutions.
• Track project progress ensuring deliverables are met on time within scope and aligned with client expectations.

• Guide and mentor junior consultants providing direction and feedback to ensure highquality deliverables.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools methodologies and best practices for supply chain consulting.

• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain management.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in clients supply chain operations.
• Advise clients on adopting emerging technologies like blockchain IoT and artificial intelligence to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Industrial Engineering Logistics or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g. MBA Masters in Supply Chain Management) or certifications (e.g. APICS CSCP Six Sigma) are highly preferred.

• 3 5 years of experience in supply chain management operations consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading supply chain projects and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience with supply chain technologies and tools (e.g. SAP Oracle JDA) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex supply chain data to diverse audiences.
• Indepth knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement logistics inventory management and demand planning.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
