Overview:
Augmentjobs is seeking a Senior Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Associate to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about providing strategic financial advisory services in the consumer and retail sectors. The selected candidate will play a critical role in executing transactions managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities:

Lead and support the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) equity and debt financing and other advisory assignments for consumer and retail clients.

Develop and deliver complex financial models valuation analyses and strategic presentations.

Collaborate with senior bankers to identify pitch and win new client engagements.

Oversee due diligence processes and liaise with clients legal advisors and counterparties to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities in the consumer and retail industries.

Mentor and train analysts fostering their professional growth.
Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
