Job Description

We are looking for an intern in our Accounts team within the Finance department. The role is located in our Amsterdam office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drafting and posting invoices.
- Managing accounts receivable by tracking and resolving overdue payments.
- Handling payment reminders and dunning letters.
- Responding to financial customer inquiries.
- Contributing to projects focused on process improvement and automation.
- Investigating invoice discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Processing and analyzing financial data from invoices.
- Recording and managing financial transactions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in Finance & Control Business Economics International Business or a related financial field.
- Available for a fulltime internship (45 days per week) for 6 months starting in February 2025.
- Interested in working with invoices general ledger accounts financial reporting and analyses.
- Strong affinity with financial processes and systems.
- Prior experience with Excel; knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
- Eager to learn detailoriented and a strong communicator.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
