Job Title: Summer Real Estate Investment Banking Associate
Salary Range: $30000 to $45000 (for the duration of the internship)
Experience Level: Internship (02 years of relevant experience)

Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Summer Real Estate Investment Banking Associate. This is a paid internship offering valuable exposure to real estate investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) financial modeling valuation analysis and market research. Interns will work directly with senior bankers on live transactions and gain handson experience in the fastpaced world of real estate finance.
Responsibilities:-
Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis for real estate transactions

Prepare presentations and pitch materials for client meetings

Conduct industry research to support real estate investment strategies

Participate in deal execution including due diligence transaction structuring and negotiations

Collaborate with other teams within the company to provide comprehensive client service

Support senior associates and analysts with ad hoc projects and analyses

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or a related field

Skills:
Financial Modeling Strong ability to create detailed financial models using Excel
Valuation Analysis Experience with valuation methodologies such as DCF Comparable Company and Precedent Transactions
Market Research Ability to conduct indepth industry research and analysis
Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
ProblemSolving Critical thinking and ability to work under pressure
Team Collaboration Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
Time Management Efficiently managing multiple tasks in a deadlinedriven environment

Prior internship or relevant coursework in finance real estate or investment banking

Demonstrated interest in real estate finance or investment banking through academic or extracurricular activities
