Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial advisory and investment banking services to real estate clients including property developers institutional investors and real estate investment trusts (REITs). You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to execute complex real estate transactions including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and restructuring. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate markets financial modeling and valuation techniques. You will also be expected to manage client relationships provide strategic insights and assist in business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling valuation analysis and due diligence for real estate transactions

Develop client presentations including market analysis and strategic recommendations

Assist in structuring and negotiating deals including acquisitions capital raising and other financial transactions

Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders including clients investors and lenders

Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and business development efforts

Lead and mentor junior team members providing guidance and support on projects
Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or a related field

MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred
Experience Requirements:

68 years of experience in real estate investment banking private equity or a related field

Proven track record of successfully executing real estate transactions

Strong proficiency in financial modeling valuation and market analysis

Experience in managing client relationships and working in a teamoriented environment
