Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst to join our team at Augmentjobs. This position is ideal for professionals who have a deep understanding of real estate markets investment analysis and banking operations. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading financial analysis modeling and due diligence for real estate investment transactions. You will work closely with senior management and clients to provide strategic advisory services execute real estate transactions and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities:

Perform detailed financial analysis market research and valuation of real estate assets and investment opportunities.

Develop and maintain financial models including discounted cash flow (DCF) comparable company analysis (CCA) and precedent transaction analysis (PTA).

Conduct due diligence and prepare investment memos for real estate transactions.

Manage the preparation of pitch materials presentations and marketing documents for clients.

Liaise with clients legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

Mentor junior analysts and help manage their workloads and professional development.

Support senior bankers in negotiating and structuring real estate transactions.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Real Estate or related field.

MBA or CFA is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment banking or a related field.

Proven track record in financial modeling valuation and real estate transaction execution.

Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment structures.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling software.
Skills:
Financial Modeling Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed financial models for real estate transactions.
Valuation Strong knowledge of various valuation methods for real estate assets.
Due Diligence Experience in conducting thorough due diligence for investment transactions.
Market Research Ability to analyze real estate market trends and data.
Investment Analysis Expertise in evaluating real estate investment opportunities.
Transaction Structuring Familiarity with structuring and negotiating real estate deals.
Client Relationship Management Experience in managing client relationships and communication.
Presentation Skills Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Mentoring Experience mentoring junior team members and managing workloads.
Excel High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
