Job Description
Tasks
- Consult with clients to identify their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent
- Conduct interviews assess candidates and match them with suitable job opportunities
- Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates
- Manage offer negotiations and help ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Maintain ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates to aid future recruitment efforts
- Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar consulting capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
