Job Description
Join Cosmos a pioneering platform transforming service provider management within the aviation industry. We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and performance optimization. As part of our forwardthinking team youll drive technological advancements and contribute to the growth of our product.

Tasks
- Full Stack Development: Lead the design and implementation of robust applications using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript frameworks ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to the full development lifecycle from initial concept through to deployment making key architectural and technological decisions.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the whole team to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Independently explore and integrate new ideas technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our product.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React or Vue).
- Proven ability to deliver fullstack applications from concept to production.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset are key.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup with proximity to Berlin being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German or any other language is a plus
