Job Title: Restaurant Team Leader
Job Location: Pune
Reports to: Restaurant Manager / General Manager
Job Summary: As a Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant staff managing daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals. You will guide and mentor the team ensure smooth service maintain a high standard of cleanliness and address customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Management: - Lead motivate and supervise a team of waitstaff kitchen staff and other restaurant personnel.
- Assign tasks to staff members and ensure they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to new and existing staff to improve performance and customer service skills.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment by resolving conflicts and addressing staff concerns.
- Support the recruitment process by interviewing and onboarding new staff as required.
Customer Service: - Ensure customers receive excellent service by monitoring service standards and addressing complaints or concerns promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer feedback and work to resolve issues or escalate them as needed.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Operations Management: - Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring proper staff scheduling stock levels and smooth service flow.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area kitchen and other common areas to maintain a high standard.
- Ensure that health safety and hygiene regulations are followed by the entire team.
- Assist with managing inventory ordering supplies and maintaining food safety protocols.
