JOB TITTLE: Test Team Lead
JOB SUMMARY:
Managing and Taking Care of Testing Vertical and Automation testing of IT Software Systems. Managing Day to Day activities of Testing.
DEPARTMENT: IT
EXPERIENCE: 10
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effort estimation for testing projects
- Prepare Test Plan that outlines the scope objectives for the project.
- Understand the application under test allocation of work and responsibility among test engineers.
- Prepare test strategy document and get sign off.
- Lead & manage a team of testers assigning tasks setting goals and ensuring the teams productivity and performance.
- Project Coordination/Monitor Test Execution.
- Review Business Scenarios and Highlevel test conditions.
- Prepare Defect Analysis Report.
- Prepare Status reports and MIS reports.
- Prepare Test Closure Report.
- Update daily activities In Daily Status Report.
- Ensuring that the correct status of the testing for the day is communicated.
- Responsible for project closure activities.
- Ensure that the test environment is set up and maintained to support testing activities
- Ensure that the testing process aligns with quality assurance standards and best practices.
