Job Title: SAP ABAP on HANA Developer with RAP Expertise

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP HANA RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) and S/4HANA to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team you will design implement and optimize solutions in the SAP landscape focusing on cuttingedge technologies such as OO ABAP CDS Views and OData integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize ABAP programs on SAP HANA with a focus on highperformance coding and efficient data processing.
- Implement Restful ABAP Programming (RAP) for building modern scalable and userfriendly applications on the SAP S/4HANA platform.
- Create and enhance Core Data Services (CDS) Views for data modeling and business logic definition.
- Design and implement OData services for integration with Fiori SAP Gateway or thirdparty applications.
- Utilize OO ABAP (ObjectOriented ABAP) to build reusable maintainable and scalable applications.
- Work with SAP S/4HANA modules ensuring smooth integration with the latest SAP technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews unit testing and debugging to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
- Optimize ABAP code and HANA database performance for better speed scalability and reliability.
- Support and maintain existing SAP applications including troubleshooting bug fixes and enhancements.
Mandatory Skills:
- SAP ABAP: Expertise in traditional and HANAbased ABAP development.
- HANA: Strong knowledge of HANA database concepts optimization and performance tuning.
- RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model): Handson experience in developing applications using RAP.
- OO ABAP: Solid understanding and experience in objectoriented programming within ABAP.
- CDS Views: Proficiency in creating and enhancing CDS views for data modeling and logic.
- OData Services: Experience in building OData services for data exchange in SAP Fiori or other integrations.
- S/4HANA: Experience working with SAP S/4HANA modules and tools.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SAP Fiori and integration with OData services.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAP Gateway.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and cloudbased integrations.
- Expertise in SAP Data Services ABAP Unit Testing and Performance Optimization.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 56 years of experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on SAP HANA and S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in developing applications using the RAP model and OData for modern SAP applications.
- Experience in CDS views and integrating with OO ABAP.
