Job Description
BA/Scrum Master (CFA) with Equities & Derivatives
Location: Iselin NJ
Per day rate
Position type: W2 contract
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in capital or fixed markets to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on capital markets. The candidate should also have expertise in SQL and hold a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and data within the capital or fixed markets domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis and create detailed reports to support decisionmaking processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and execute project plans.
Requirements:
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital or fixed markets industry.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets products including equities fixed income derivatives and investment banking.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
