About Us Our firm specializes in representing local governments including special districts municipalities and authorities. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lakewood CO. This position supports attorneys and paralegals with legal administrative tasks and assists the Firm Administrator with various daily responsibilities contributing to the overall efficiency and culture of the firm.
Key Responsibilities Legal Administrative Support: - Edit format and proofread legal documents ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage electronic filing systems and perform scanning and document management.
Firm Administration Support: - Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks updating internal documents and making bank deposits as needed.
- Support the organization of firm events including the Annual Anniversary/Holiday party and other gatherings.
- Coordinate quarterly Attorney/Paralegal meetings including arranging lunch orders.
- Communicate with building management to handle maintenance requests.
Skills & Qualifications -
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational interpersonal and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Office 365 Adobe Acrobat Pro and basic Excel functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication grammar and proofreading skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- At least 2 years of experience working in a law firm or similar legal environment.
