Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer (Hybrid)
- Location: Lexington MA (Hybrid)
- Job Type: W2 Contract
Background/Need:
The group supports the United States Navy in many mission areas. A significant area is in developing Blue Force Situational Awareness (BFSA) in the radiofrequency (RF) domain. In support of these efforts the group builds and operates BFSA engineering prototypes and coordinates with the Signature Management (SIGMAN) Program of Record in transitioning these prototypes into production systems. The Group requires a Software Engineer to assist with development of software for these BFSA prototypes.
Must Have:
- Software/Algorithm Development.
- Software Documentation.
- Backend Programming (SQL).
- Containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- GIT/GITHUB.
- Java/J2EE/JEE (JSP SERVLETS JDBC JSTL SOAP) Development.
- Java Development.
- JavaScript Development.
- JSON.
- Python.
- Python/Tensor Flow.
- Software Design/Development.
- XML and SQL.
- Leveraging various software packages for testing purposes.
- Maven or Gradle Git/GitLab Make / Autotools.
- Hardware and Software Integration.
Nice to Have:
- C/C Programming.
- C11 or later Stand Template Library Boost library.
- IDE to Java.
- Matlab.
- Object Oriented Software Design and Development.
Education & Experience: Bachelors with 5 Years of relevant work experience.
Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
