ob Description:Application processing; GUDPA transactions; quarterly surveillance monitoring on NJ state banks and GUDPA participants.
(1)Processing application cases pursuant to statutory/regulatory requirements and approval timeframe;
(2)Backup processing of GUDPA daily collateral transactions and quarterly filing review;
(3)Biennial registration renewals for foreign trusts back office service facilities transfer agents and QEIs;
(4)Participate in quarterly commissioners package compilation and online statistical reports.
Knowledge skills education and/or experience: Accounting/finance background and 5 years of bank financial analysis/audit/examination experience are preferred. Strong knowledge of bank operations and financial analytical skills. Proficient in Excel.
Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:: Excel proficiency. Strong accounting knowledge. Financial analysis skills and experience.
