Role: Technical Program Manager
Location: Mountain View CA (Hybrid)
JD:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage endtoend technical projects within the data space ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between crossfunctional teams including engineering data science product management and business units to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Independent Execution: Take full ownership of projects providing regular updates managing risks and ensuring all project milestones are met with minimal supervision.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources including team members budgets and tools to optimize project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and project deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management and data operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in technical project management with a focus on datacentric projects within the fintech industry or a similar fastpaced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data technologies including databases data warehousing ETL processes and data analytics tools.
- Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex projects utilizing methodologies such as Agile & Scrum.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide crossfunctional teams towards common goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
