*********URGENT POSTION. NOW OFFERING 10000 SIGN ON BONUS******

Salary Expectations:
Hourly: 26.98hr 43.17hr
Annual: BR118.40 BR.60
CAP: 43.17 hourly BR793.60 annually (10 plus years of experience only )
Sign On Bonus Pay Out Schedule: 5000 in first check BR500 after 6 months and 2500 after 1 year
18% Perm Placement Fee

The ER Registered Nurse prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned patients. S/he carries out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice medical direction and hospital policies procedures and standards. Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current NH RN licensure. Two years of Emergency Department experience is preferred. ACLS Certification required; PALS Certification recommended. Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia experience required. CEN and TNCC Certification preferred.
  • Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Client utilizes Allscripts Paragon
  • Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations
  • Must be able and willing to float without hesitation
  • 12 Bed Unit
  • Would be working with 34 other staff members on the unit.
  • 4 to 6 week orientation before going on to the floor Hands On Training
  • Client will give tour of unit at interview
  • Under general supervision plans directs and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift in accordance with established philosophy. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units; participates in all phases of education maintenance of records and upgrading of policies procedures and skills of personnel. The ANA s standards apply to all nurses in all settings and additional specialty standards apply to all specialty nurse s defining what is a competent or an excellent clinician.
