Location: London - City of London- Hybrid working style consisting of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities of the Specialist Senior IT Engineer

• Resolve incidents across Windows and Apple platforms.
• Manage tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication.
• Escalate recurring issues for analysis and act as a team escalation point.
• Document requests, updates, and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to meet SLAs.
• Support client projects, configure hardware, and install software.
• Identify improvements and contribute to team innovation.
• Take on tasks to support team objectives.

Key Requirements for the Specialist Senior IT Engineer

• Senior engineer experience in an MSP environment.
• Advanced skills in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and iOS.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Meraki solutions.
• Knowledge of backup procedures and RMM tools (Datto preferred).
• Familiarity with Addigy or similar MDM solutions.
• Proficient in Autotask PSA or equivalent systems.
