Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the mortgage industry with proven leadership skills to drive sales performance and meet business objectives. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for team performance target achievement and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Provide training coaching and performance feedback to team members to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular oneonone meetings to assess individual performance and career growth.

Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Identify market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Ensure effective lead management by following up with prospects nurturing client relationships and closing sales deals.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure the team provides timely and accurate information to clients regarding loan products eligibility criteria and documentation.
- Handle escalations resolve customer queries and ensure smooth processing of loans.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track team performance sales activities and market dynamics to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for upper management providing insights and suggestions for enhancing team productivity.
- Ensure that targets are consistently met and exceeded through proper planning and resource management.

Product Knowledge & Market Analysis:
- Stay uptodate with market trends competitive landscape and regulatory changes in the Home Loan and LAP sectors.
- Share product updates with the team and help them understand new features or changes in loan offerings.

Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with the operations and underwriting teams to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in managing a team preferably in Home Loan LAP .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the home loan and LAP sector.
- Strong understanding of loan products documentation and approval processes.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to perform at their best.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients stakeholders and team members effectively.
