Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Location: Morwa Gujarat
About the Role:
We are hiring for a Branch Manager role with a leading bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading branch operations driving business growth and managing a highperforming team. This position focuses on managing Retail Liabilities products including CASA Insurance Gold Loans Fixed Deposits and NRI Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Drive branch sales targets across all retail liability products.
- Identify and capitalize on local business opportunities to increase market share.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Management:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of relationship officers and support staff.
- Ensure team members meet their individual and collective targets.
- Branch Operations:
- Oversee daytoday branch operations and compliance with banking regulations.
- Maintain operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- CrossSelling:
- Promote and crosssell bank products such as insurance gold loans and NRI accounts.
- Market Insights:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to devise strategies for sustained business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation is mandatory.
- Experience:
- 7 years of experience in Branch Banking or Retail Liabilities.
- 3 years of experience in team handling.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Key Skills:
- Proven ability in sales and business development within the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of banking products and services including CASA insurance FD and NRI accounts.
