Job Description
Role Title: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager/ Sr.Relationship Manager
Department: Homeloan and Loan
CTC Upto 4LPA
Reports To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Location Gujarat: Ahmedabad Surat Jamnagar Junagadh
Rajasthan: Ajmer Bhilwara Jodhpur Jagatpura Kota Udaipur
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Drive sales and achieve targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships ensuring timely loan processing and disbursal.
Documentation: Assist clients with accurate loan application documentation and compliance.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings market trends and competitor activities.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and client status.
Objectives:
Sales Targets: Meet monthly/quarterly loan disbursal goals.
Customer Acquisition: Build a strong customer base for HL & LAP products.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Process Adherence: Follow company guidelines and compliance standards.
Skills:
Strong communication and sales skills.
Knowledge of loan products and financial services.
Customeroriented with excellent negotiation skills.
KPIs:
Loan disbursals per month.
Conversion rate of leads to loans.
Customer satisfaction score.
