We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Employee to join our boutique hotel team!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
Manage reservations and checkins/checkouts
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a smile
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Flexibility to cover AM and PM shifts
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but a positive attitude is essential!
