Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detailoriented professionals with expertise in chemical synthesis and quality control to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative products through rigorous experimentation synthesis of new molecules and implementation of advanced QC protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Synthesis:
Design and execute synthetic routes for the preparation of chemical intermediates and target compounds.
Optimize reaction conditions to improve yield purity and costeffectiveness.
Conduct literature research to identify potential methods for synthesis and improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation of all experiments including raw data observations and outcomes.
Quality Control (QC):
Develop and validate QC methods for raw materials intermediates and final products.
Perform instrumental analyses including HPLC GC NMR FTIR and UVVis spectroscopy.
Monitor and ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
Conduct stability studies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including formulation scientists analytical chemists and process engineers.
Provide technical support for scaleup activities and troubleshooting in pilot plant or production settings.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure laboratory safety by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a clean organized workspace.
