Required Technical Skills:
Primary Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Android application development using Java and Kotlin.
- Expertise in Android SDK Jetpack components and Android Studio.
- Experience in building and optimizing user interfaces with XML layouts and custom views.
- Proficient in managing data storage with SQLite Room and SharedPreferences.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and handling network operations using Retrofit or OkHttp.
- Experience in debugging and performance optimization for Android applications.
- Strong understanding of Android lifecycle management and Activity/Fragment interactions.
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD tools for Android projects.
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge of Firebase for analytics crash reporting and push notifications.
- Familiarity with Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and MVP.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Espresso or JUnit.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
