Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a VP of Engineering to lead a team building with ML and Computer Vision models while upholding the highest ethical standards. You will manage a team of software engineers building core components of our foundational technology. You will be responsible for delivering high quality code on time that delights our users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team building fullstack applications with language models.
- Hire and mentor software engineers.
- Ensure quality through testing and code reviews.
- Integrate with thirdparty services and data sources.
- Drive roadmaps plan and prioritize features business metrics and OKRs.
Requirements
- Degree in CS or related technical field significant experience with fullstack development.
- Handson builder with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience about recruiting scaling and retaining engineering talent.
- Passionate about building a culture of engineering excellence.
- Ideally has experience with ML and Computer Vision.
