Major accountabilities:
Support of CZ/SK payroll team
Close collaboration with Hire2Retire team
Point of contact for external payroll vendor providing inputs (reports) to the vendor and working with outputs in line with internal processes and controls
Handling standard service requests answer questions resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support experts a/o payroll vendor
Handling employee s requests (in a ticketing tool) on daily basis typically related to payslips tax discounts payments/deductions related to benefits a.o.
Contribute to P&O Services (payroll) projects at country or BU level
Job/project description/scope/
Payroll processes such as pre and post PYrun activities
Payroll monthly controls
Taxation and finance related activities (reconciliation accruals etc).
Support legally required processes in close collaboration with payroll vendor
Initiate monthly salary payments in accurate and timely manner
Extract reports needed for payroll and other reports upon request
Close collaboration with FRA e.g. account reconciliation accruals
Close collaboration with
Act as a point of contact person and subject matter expert for employees leaders and people partners in Payroll related processes
Keep Up to date in regards of legal Changes
Support in payroll project
Requirements
Skills:
HR Operations (Hr Ops) / HR Service Delivery experience.
Payroll experience.
HRIS (Human Resource Management System) SAP Workday.
HR Ops / Payroll projects experience.
Reporting MS Excel advanced.
Experience with HR ticketing tool(s).
Customer orientation.
Accuracy detail focus.
Languages: Czech/Slovak English
What you ll bring to the role:
Relevant professional education e.g. apprenticeship in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred)
23 years professional experience with time administration and/or payroll and/or personal administration(SSC environment is an advantage)
Excellent Czech/Slovak and English spoken and written
HRIS system (SAP and Workday) knowledge and experience preferred SAP is must Workday is a plus
Experience in other HR disciplines (e. g. Compensation & Benefits HR Business Partner Learning Payroll etc.) is an advantage
Knowledge of HR HCM SAP is must Workday is plus(one of the system knowledge is a must)
Experience in HR Operations fields
To be responsible for a small client group with support of a P&O Manager; may act as advisors to first line managers in relevant areas; to support the P&O Business Partner and also act as a liaison between the client and other P&O services (specialists and shared services).KPI: P&O processes delivered on time with the right level of quality
