- 4 years of Experience in Unified Communications /VOIP
- 4 years of Experience in Excel
- 6 Months of Experience in Voss/CUCDM
- 1 year of Experience in software/hardware deployments
- 6 Months of Experience in Service Now
- 6 Months of Experience in Legacy Telco; POTSCTXPRI etc.
