Job Description: Maintenance Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee and improve maintenance operations at our stateoftheart manufacturing facility. This role involves developing a predictive and preventive maintenance system managing all maintenance activities across a 24/7 highvolume production environment and leading a team of maintenance staff and thirdparty service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive predictive and preventive maintenance program for plant equipment and facilities.
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for a 3shift 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Supervise and train the maintenance staff to ensure optimal performance and skill development.
- Oversee and manage thirdparty service providers to ensure effective maintenance support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading a plant maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in creating and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- CMRP certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
