Job Description: Quality Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee all quality assurance activities ensuring that products and processes meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations. This role includes managing the ISO 9001 program leading a team of QA personnel and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management:
- Develop implement and maintain quality management systems.
- Conduct audits inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate quality issues determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
2. Team Leadership:
- Supervise train and mentor QA technicians.
- Set performance expectations provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of quality accountability and continuous improvement.
3. Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement quality enhancements.
- Analyze quality data and trends to drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations.
4. Customer Focus:
- Act as the primary interface with customers regarding quality concerns and audits.
- Resolve customer quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide necessary quality documentation and conduct root cause analyses.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards customer requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Quality Management Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
