Job Description

Dental Hygienist South Elgin IL

We are a fastgrowing patientcentered dental practice in South Elgin. Our staff is fantastic and we are searching for a reliable dental hygienist to join us in our mission to provide the best dental care to our patients.

Compensation: $50$60 per hour

Benefits / Perks:

Uncapped Production Bonus
Signing Bonus
FullTime (MondayThursday and some Saturdays) Will consider parttime applicants as well.

Paid vacation (full time)

Requirements:

Perform dental hygiene procedures including periodontal therapies prophys taking xrays and applying fluoride treatments

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide recommendations for athome care

Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment

Document patient treatment plans progress notes and medical history in dental software

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide excellent patient care

Requirements:

Valid state dental hygiene license

Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program

Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
