Strategic Marketing:
- Define target audiences and develop effective marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Content Marketing:
- Lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies across various channels (e.g. website blog social media email).
- Create compelling and engaging content that drives brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Instagram).
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs.
Internal Branding and Communications:
- Develop and maintain a strong internal brand identity.
- Plan and execute internal events and communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote company culture.
- Create internal collateral (e.g. giveaways presentations announcements) to keep employees informed.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to support their marketing needs.
- Develop and deliver pitch decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide marketing expertise and guidance to other teams.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute internal company events.
- Oversee event logistics marketing and coordination.
- Highlight internal events on appropriate social channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media (e.g. Google Digital Marketing) are a plus
- Proven experience in social media marketing content creation and campaign management.
- Prior experience managing multiple social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc.).
