Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for a new line of luxury hotels. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with highpotential clients managing key accounts developing partnerships and implementing targeted marketing campaigns. The role requires strong market analysis forecasting and pricing strategies to maximize bookings and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and guest experience teams to position the hotels as premier luxury destinations aligning with brand standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
Identify target and build relationships with highvalue corporate and leisure clients.
Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and luxury branding initiatives.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals and provide detailed performance reports.
Collaborate with the guest experience team to ensure highquality service standards.
