- Ensure effective monitoring of practices procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to rules by staff.

Requirements
- HND / BSc. Business Mgt. & Social Science courses MSc. / MBA in related field of study
- Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of handson experience performing similar responsibilities especially in the spare parts division Growth through the sales rank.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sales and business development. At least 5 years of experience in sales in the Passenger Vehicle spare parts division. Experience in aftermarket product sales/Procurement/Automotive aftersales is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase market penetration. Experience in implementing and managing efficient sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Education
Bachelor s degree required. A Master s degree in Business Administration or a similar field is an added advantage.
