Job Description
About Us: Metasource provides comprehensive business and HR solutions across Vietnam Cambodia Indonesia and Thailand specializing in employment services recruitment payroll accounting immigration and company setup. We simplify operations letting clients focus on growth while we manage local compliance.
As we grow were enhancing our internal systems to build an endtoend platform for payroll social insurance and tax submissions. Were seeking an experienced developer to help us automate key financial and HR processes.
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Software Developer to enhance our internal payroll software for social insurance and tax processing. The role involves developing endtoend integration using APIs ensuring that payroll data is seamlessly processed and submitted to government systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with thirdparty software integrations preferably in tax or social insurance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain modules to integrate internal payroll software with authorized thirdparty social insurance and tax software.
Build API connections to automate the submission of payroll social insurance and tax data through approved software providers.
Collaborate with thirdparty vendors to obtain documentation understand requirements and implement integration securely and effectively.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese government regulations and standards for payroll social insurance and tax processes.
Work closely with internal HR and finance teams to understand requirements and develop tools that streamline their workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with API integrations including error tracking debugging and status reporting.
Develop dashboards for monitoring submission statuses errors and reporting to provide a transparent workflow for endusers.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Developer preferably in integrating with thirdparty APIs or similar systems.
Experience with social insurance or tax systems in Vietnam is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in programming languages
Experience with API development and integration including knowledge of RESTful services.
Familiarity with JSON XML and web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript.
Knowledge of Vietnamese payroll social insurance and tax regulations is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
English communication is preferred
