Job Description
Role Overview
In our Platform Development & Integration team you will play a pivotal role in addressing our clients integration challenges focusing on:
- Solution Design: Partnering with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop integration solutions that align with the organization s strategic objectives.
- Architecture Planning: Defining integration architectures by selecting suitable patterns technologies and platforms to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- API Management: Designing developing and managing APIs to ensure they are welldocumented secure scalable and support communication between diverse applications and services.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Developing data mappings and transformations to maintain data consistency and compatibility between systems.
- Vendor Collaboration: Coordinating with thirdparty vendors and partners to integrate their systems into the organization s ecosystem ensuring smooth interoperability.
- Technical Guidance: Providing expertise and support to development teams ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and architectural standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous testing of integration solutions to meet functional and performance requirements while identifying and addressing issues.
- Performance Optimization: Monitoring integration performance identifying bottlenecks and implementing enhancements for efficiency and faster response times.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensuring that integration solutions comply with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation including integration processes architecture diagrams data flows and technical specifications for reference.
About You
Skills and Experience Required:
- Integration Expertise: Extensive knowledge of integration patterns methodologies and technologies across pointtopoint and enterprisescale scenarios.
- API Design and Management: Proficient in creating and managing RESTful and GraphQL APIs including defining authentication mechanisms and managing the API lifecycle.
- EAI and iPaaS Expertise: Familiarity with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools and iPaaS platforms with the ability to select and deploy appropriate solutions.
- Message Brokers: Experience with messageoriented middleware (e.g. Apache Kafka RabbitMQ) to support asynchronous communication and eventdriven architectures.
- Data Formats and Protocols: Strong knowledge of data formats (JSON XML) and communication protocols (SOAP REST) with expertise in data mapping and transformations.
- Security and Compliance: Solid understanding of security best practices encryption tokenbased authentication and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
- System Architecture: Ability to design scalable faulttolerant and resilient integration architectures.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Advanced analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in realworld scenarios.
Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and proficient in one of the local languages (Dutch or French).
