Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Data & Automations Engineer. This role will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency through automations ERP integrations and datadriven solutions helping to disrupt traditional business practices in the aerospace sector. You should be passionate about utilizing automation and AI to streamline complex business processes where you will have the autonomy to drive impactful technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Automate Business Processes: Design implement and manage business process automations using offtheshelf software solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Odoo ERP Implementation & Customization: Lead the deployment customization and integration of Odoo ERP to ensure seamless operation across all business functions.
- API Integration: Develop and manage integrations with thirdparty services via APIs enabling smooth data flow between systems and enhancing the functionality of existing tools.
- Data Pipelines: Build maintain and optimize scalable data pipelines that feed into various business processes ensuring data integrity and accessibility for decisionmaking.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize business processes identifying areas for further automation and system improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including operations sales and finance to understand process pain points and design automation solutions that drive value.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor automation systems for performance troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation ERP systems and AIdriven solutions proposing new tools and methods that can further enhance the company s efficiency and competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP: Deep understanding of Odoos functionality customization options and module integration to meet business requirements.
- Strong experience with process automation leveraging tools like Zapier Integromat (Make) and other workflow automation platforms.
- Expertise in building and managing API integrations with thirdparty services (e.g. CRM logistics and accounting tools).
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize data pipelines for business analytics and automation.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python JavaScript or others relevant to ERP customizations and API integrations.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and understanding of data architectures.
