Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The developer will participate in all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle of the FLHSD solution such as support design and implementation of
- entity modelling maintenance and enhancement of Dataverse data model
- PowerApps development
- user interface changes in the PowerApps Portals including out of the box as well as customizations to enable UI features.
- PowerAutomate workflows
- application reports and dashboards
- DEVOPS pipelines code promotions and build/release automation
- data export and synchronization processes and workflows
- performance improvements and tuning for PowerApps and Power Automate
- o unit testing support system integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality of FLHSD solution components.
- maintenance of related technical documentation
- Document and manage issues and bugs identified in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Review existing solution and identify/resolve architectural issues perform impact analysis of changes to support additional business requirements and performance bottlenecks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Must Haves:
- Development experience in Power Apps Portals Power Automate and model driven applications.
- Experience in Power Platform Administration monitoring troubleshooting performance improvements capacity planning auditing within Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Experience developing reports and dashboards within PowerApps using SSRS
- Experience in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics portals
- Development experience with Dataverse. Good SQL skills.
- Experience in integration of Sharepoint and Power Automate
- Azure DevOps experience around release pipelines and automated deployments unit testing PowerShell CLI source control.
- Experience working with Power Automate connectors and integration with Office Online products (e.g. Word online)
- Experience in Azure resource configuration and administration such as Azure Data Lake Blob Storage Key Vault Application Insight resources resource groups and subscriptions.
- Experience in using Excel templates in PowerApps.
Skill Set Requirements:
Public Sector Experience:
- Experience with Public Sector processes around incident and change management. Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar) processes and practices and ability to produce technical documentation that comply with industry standard practices

Core Skills & Experience:
- 3 years experience with developing scalable applications in Azure Cloud and PowerApps
- 3 years experience with Azure DevOps
- Microsoft certifications around Azure cloud competencies
- 5 years of experience in conducting technical evaluation and assessment of options for technical design issues application configuration and integration capabilities related tools and utilities gap analysis of integration components to technical requirements / specifications / documentation.
- 10 years of experience in software in various computing platforms operating systems database technology communication protocols middleware and gateways
- 10 years of experience in structured methodologies for development design implementation and maintenance of multitiered Web based Client/Server and mobile applications
- 10 years of experience with .Net framework 4.6 and later C# VB.NET ASP.NET ADO.NET MVC DevExpress Controls JavaScript/JQuery XML/XSL JSON Entity Framework Web Service SOAP WCF
- 10 years of experience with relational database technologies (MS SQL 2012 and later) data modelling TSQL stored procedures tables/views query optimization.
