Role Summary
The Director of Talent Recruitment & Sourcing at ADRN will lead the strategic and operational aspects of our healthcare practitioner recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent this role combines leadership strategy development and handson execution to attract and retain top talent including doctors and nurses for job postings across Canada and the US. The successful candidate will oversee both recruiting and marketing functions ensuring a unified strategy to meet hiring goals.
Reporting Structure
This role will report to the Executive Director Talent and other Senior Executive Team members / designates.
Critical Accountabilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a cohesive recruitment strategy for healthcare practitioners
Implement both traditional and innovative methods including direct outreach and marketing initiatives (job boards paid ads social media trade shows)
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Build and lead the recruitment team providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high performance
Set and monitor KPIs for individual recruiters and the team
Marketing Integration:
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize spend and align strategies
Ensure recruitment marketing initiatives drive highquality candidate pipelines
Analytics & Optimization:
Track recruitment performance metrics including timetofill quality of hire and resource utilization
Continuously optimize processes based on datadriven insights
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders aligning recruitment strategies with business needs
Represent ADRN at industry events trade shows and recruitment fairs to strengthen employer branding
Technology & Tools:
Oversee the use of recruitment technologies and CRM initiatives
Manage relationships with external vendors and tools such as LinkedIn job boards and applicant tracking systems
Qualification & Experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition with a focus on healthcare recruitment
Demonstrated ability to build and manage highperforming recruitment teams
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and its integration with sourcing strategies
Analytical skills for tracking KPIs and optimizing recruitment processes
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills
Technological proficiency in recruitment tools CRMs and reporting systems
Flexibility to work EST hours with occasional evening and weekend availability as required.
