Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing grooming and dressing.
- Provide light housekeeping meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients families and team members.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving.
- A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) Home Health Aide (HHA) Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license preferred.
Schedule Options

- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.

- Strong Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients families and team members providing updates as needed.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to client needs and pick up extra shifts as required including weekends and holidays.

- Willingness to Learn: Open to training and development to meet caregiving standards and clientspecific requirements.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from client locations (valid driver s license preferred but not required).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and other preemployment screenings.
