Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Front Desk Clerk to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Front Desk Clerk you will play a key role in ensuring smooth checkins and checkouts providing excellent service and resolving guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a positive attitude.
Perform checkin and checkout processes efficiently.
Handle guest reservationscancellation and modifications.
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries about hotel amenities local attractions and directions.
Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficient in using computers; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
