Job Profile : Application Support ( LMS/LOS)

Location : Lower Parel
Manage all the applications and softwares to ensure their smooth running and up time
Aim to minimise production issues with efficient RCA and permanent fixes
Implement application monitoring tools configure the parameters to ensure minimal false alerts
Track & record all issues (initially for temporary fixes then for permanent fixes) and devise their resolutions
Ensure delivery on TATs SLAs and escalation of issues
Manage costs to be in line with revenues and number of applications
Manage internal stakeholders and vendor partners with effective communication and coordination
Profile
9 years of experience in IT across software and application development and maintenance
Strong technical & domain knowledge of LOS LMS applications and lending solutions
Prior experience in application development preferred with experience in application support production issue resolutions and software development lifecycle
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
Should portray qualities of being proactive and forthcoming as need be to be able to propose and implement solutions
Should have worked either in Corporate IT Applications function preferably in financial institutions and banks or with IT Company in financial institution or Bank space
