Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics or Mechanical Engineering with preferable Masters or specialization in Building Automation Facility Management Real Estate Green buildings Energy consulting Building assessment or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in building automation and management real estate management Infra Facilities management related field
- Handson with BMS SCADA PLC programming Building automation softwares and embedded programming languages C Python etc Gateway programming
- Proven experience in vendor management
- Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Should be Selfmotivated and drive various initiatives simultaneously
- Understand business requirements and drive proposals
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and external service providers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with building codes health and safety regulations
