Job Description
As a Butler you will ensure we provide the highest level of guest service for our VIP guests.
Provide anticipatory bespoke intuitive and seamless service when dealing with guests requests.
Participates in active storytelling about the hotel and destination through signature rituals.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge in systems such as OPERA POS MS Office especially Excel & Power Point. Online Review Management platforms.
- Previous experience as PA MaitreD and supervising departments like Butlers and Guest Experience
- Prior formalized training as a Butler is highly regarded.
- Complete knowledge of the English language a third language is desirable
