Job Description

This position will serve as a service owner for JAMF Microsoft 365 and Citrix XenMobile.

This is a hybrid position where the candidate will be expected onsite 23 days a week.

SystemsAdministrator II. This position will serve as a service owner for JAMFMicrosoft 365 and Citrix XenMobile. JAMF is the software solution that wasimplemented to administer and control DOTs Apple Mac devices this positionwill test implement and administer the JAMF software. As the Microsoft 365SME this positions duties will include keeping informed of what features andchanges are coming to the Office 365 suite leading version upgradedeployments troubleshooting install issues maintaining Office group policiesand being a consultation resource for support techs. Their XenMobile dutieswill include building and maintaining DOT s Citrix XenMobile environmentsmanaging the 1000 devices that use this system and serving as the point of contactfor issues regarding the system. Additional duties will include application packaginglevel 3 support and group policy testing.
