Job Description
2. Work for a duration of 13 weeks
3. Evaluate patients communication and swallowing abilities.
4. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients.
5. Collaborate with other medical professionals to improve patient care.
6. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
7. Document and report on patients progress and treatment.
8. Provide education and support to patients families and caregivers.
9. Comply with all facility and professional standards and regulations.
10. Participate in continuous professional development and training.
11. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
12. Assist with any other duties as needed or assigned by the facility.
