Job Description
Luna Socks is a fastgrowing ecommerce startup based in Berlin and Shangai. We specialize in custom pet socks allowing customers to upload images of their pets to have them printed on highquality socks. As the leading brand in our sector in Europe we are expanding into new markets including the US and Australia. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Content Associate to join our team.
Tasks
- MicroInfluencer Marketing Management: Lead a team of 6 influencer marketing interns.
- Manage constant recruitment of the interns team collaboration and campaign execution.
- Content Creation & Production: Organize and manage photo and video shoots every 2 months. Collaborate with freelancers for postproduction tasks like image editing voiceovers and video editing.
- B2B Design Requests: Forward design requests from B2B clients to freelancers and communicate clear instructions.
Requirements
- Education: A completed degree in business marketing content creation or related field.
- Experience: Around 1 year of marketing experience preferably in influencer marketing (KOC) or content creation for Western brands.
- Skills: Strong communication leadership and team management. Adaptable and quick to learn in a fastpaced environment. Familiar with Western design trends and social media practices in Europe the US and Australia.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Experience studying or living in a Western country is preferred.
