Job Description:Augmentjobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior TMT Investment Banking Associate to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on highprofile mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and strategic advisory services within the Technology Media and Telecommunications sectors. As a Senior Associate you will play a key role in managing client relationships leading deal execution and mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to develop financial models prepare presentations conduct industry research and deliver strategic insights.
Responsibilities:-
Manage and execute M&A transactions capital raising and other advisory services for clients in the TMT sector.

Develop and analyze complex financial models including company valuations financial projections and deal structuring.

Prepare pitch materials client presentations and confidential information memoranda (CIMs).

Conduct indepth industry research and analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Lead due diligence processes working closely with legal and financial teams.

Manage relationships with clients investors and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Supervise and mentor junior associates and analysts providing guidance on their professional development.

Stay uptodate on market trends industry developments and regulatory changes in the TMT sector.

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).

58 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on TMT sectors.

Proven track record of working on complex M&A and capital markets transactions.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (Bloomberg Capital IQ etc.).
