Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior TMT (Technology Media and Telecommunications) Investment Banking Analyst to join our team at Augmentjobs. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work on highprofile transactions in the TMT sector. As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for financial modeling preparing pitch books conducting due diligence and supporting senior bankers in executing transactions. You will work closely with clients providing strategic advice and delivering key insights to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF precedent transactions comparable company analysis)

Prepare and assist in the creation of pitch books and presentations for clients
-
Analyze industry trends market conditions and competitor performance in the TMT sector
-
Support senior bankers in structuring and executing transactions including M&A IPOs and debt offerings
-
Coordinate with internal teams including legal accounting and other specialists
-
Lead due diligence efforts ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information

Assist in the negotiation process and deal execution

Develop relationships with clients and industry contacts
Required Skills:

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

Knowledge of TMT industry trends and market dynamics

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours when required

Knowledge of investment banking products and services

Ability to work well in a team and independently
Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field

MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
